Once your order is completed and 100% of the price for the selected piece is paid, production and shipping will commence. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately to your chosen address. For custom-made pieces, production will begin upon receiving your confirmed order, and the finished piece will be delivered directly to your home. The total production time is a maximum of three months. A confirmed order is considered finalized upon full payment of the ordered item's price.
